NextDC, Footscray

NEXTDC’s latest hyperscale technology campus in West Footscray is a 100MW data centre and technology campus spanning 100,000m2.

It comprises a back-of-house space with loading dock, roof plant including generators, cooling plant and switch rooms, office building, front of house and café. It also needed to be fault-tolerant, energy efficient and embody sustainability best practices.

Heritage Glass supplied the structural steel columns, external curtain wall, external glazed strip windows, external Steel feature fins and the Internal glazing.
